Joined the Black Card Membership (eBay management service) earlier this year and have been very impressed with how hands-off everything is. The onboarding was smooth, and within a short time I started seeing consistent sales. It’s exactly what I was looking for in terms of a passive setup.

Its all a con, fake company!!! Took the money, tried to contact but nothing comes back, even the website is fake.

Never do bussiness or single purchase with them. They are selling fake or chinese copies mobiles. Even they also send empty boxes without any mobile in the box.
Zero star. They are scammers. I don't know how are thry operating in UK with such scam.
Also don't buy their ebay memberships.

SCAM! Ordered 10 Motorola Phones through them and paid nearly £780 through bank transfer in to their USA bank account. Never received the phone and they said the would refund the money but never did. Sent them emails and messages on whatsapp. No Reply! Applying to court to recover the money and will report them to USA authorities and launch a court case in USA as well!

THIS IS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I lost money dealing with them. They convinced me to sell their phones on eBay, promising me that I will make in profit £3500 minimum. They even made me a VIP partner. IT WAS ALL LIES. I never made any profit

They have only FAKE chinese products. There shipping time takes more than 2 weeks. I was always in trouble with my customers and there was many phone returned.

I placed 5 orders of iPhones and the Bulk Mobiles never delivered the phones to me, and never returned my money. Today, I am still owed by them and looking for a way to fight them legally for my money. eBay had kicked me out and I have lost money.

I believe is it run by a single person who pretends to have different departments. Police and the law should arrest the indivdual.

Just stay away from this company they are nothing but simply scammers. They will ask you to invest in their membership where they will sell mobiles on your markeptplace account like eBay, Amazon, OnBuy and they will run your account by selling and dealing with customers. First few orders will be delivered to customers and you will get 5* feedback but infact it is one of them who purchased from your account and make you feel everything is legit. After this you will start received returns almost on all orders coz all they are sending is fake chinese phones and rest of the customers will never receive the order !! so you will end up with loads of disputes against you for fake phones/empty envelops/item not received. END RESULT:- Your eBay, Amazon, OnBuy account is banned and you have lost over 10k plus not to mention the repayment you have to do for item not received. I have reported them to HMRC, Police, MP, eBay, Amazon & OnBuy and Banks. If you need proof you can get in touch with me. If you are a victim reading this get in touch with me and I will help you report them to relevent departments.

We bought 30 phones from these and had to send some back straight away as they would not work, they said it was a screen issue which they sorted and sent them back, we then had to send another lot back and yes a few had cracked screens, but the ones that just stopped working they sorted, and now we are having to get back to them as we have another five that just stopped working and although there is power going into them the screens dont open and all you get is a motled affect on the blank screen. We will more than likely get some excuse.
I had a reply from Bulk mobiles stating that the issue was over a year ago, however it has only been 4 months. As is clear by the email confirming delivery which was only 5 in the first delivery and then we got the rest in three different deliveries a week later. On the 30th July 2025

I’ll admit, my start with the Black Card service was rocky — but not because of them. My account verification dragged out and caused delays. I thought at first it was a red flag, but once everything was verified, things changed dramatically. Suddenly, the sales started flowing in, and I quickly reached the point where I was averaging three sales every day. The best part is how passive it all is. I don’t need to sit at my computer for hours managing customer service or logistics. Everything is handled, and I simply see the results at the end of each week. Looking back, I’m glad I stuck with it through that initial slow period, because the payoff has been better than I expected.

If you’re serious about creating a passive income stream and want guaranteed results without the stress of running a business yourself, I can’t recommend the Black Card Membership enough. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my financial future.

I used Bulk Mobiles to source new phones for my FBA business. I was initially happy with the ROI on these wholesale orders, despite the 3/4 week lead-time to receive the inventory. However, this was not sustained over time and when I was persuaded to join their Black Card Membership (where they manage the whole process for you) I ended up actually losing money. The returns did not even cover the BCM fees. They are also hard to get hold of as they never answer the phone and are slow to respond to emails.

Dropshipping is like send money quick and get refund quick. However, Refund policy is very slow. Still got refund and for that reason so happy.

CCJ in progress - Committing tax evasion. Worked with this company since September 2024, they siphon money off you and refuse to give refunds, compulsive lying and blatant fraud. They will offer to manage your account and destroy your ratings. If you are a small business, do not engage. They fail to respond to data subject access requests when it comes to personal data. All their phones come from China, they have structured their company and payment system in a way to try avoid you from being able to get your money back should any issues arise.

This is completely crap. I have invested more than a year and still couldn’t get back the money while they assured 70% ROI . While I still struggle to get my principal amount back. Not at all recommended. Wasting of time and money and nothing else. I am also looking what can be done to get the money back and ROI from them. I found a complete false commitment.

Selling iPads AS sealed, but then saying in the description that they are reconditioned. This is a huge problem as they’re also selling older. iPads like the iPad 3 from 2012 and people are buying them, thinking they are factory sealed original collector pieces. This website needs to stop sealing these products and mark them as refurbished.

Reliable supplier and same as I paid for.

Advertise as dropshipping experts, you pay a monthly fee and they handle your ebay account

I paid them £120 for a month and they did nothing but rack up £600+ of ebay fees.

Sold 6 six items in that time, making a profit of £200, however they only actually delivered 2, so i made £40, lost £120 to them, and £600 in fees, so a total loss of £680.

I also got bad ebay feedback from items taking several weeks to arrive, as opposed to the 8 working day that they promise.

Avoid at all costs

Order in bulk and received poor condition phones and poor customer service.

Very miss leading terms and conditions with life time warranty.

I’d give these guys 5 stars and to be honest not necessarily their products or their service but actually their expertise! When I came across them I saw some reviews and was a bit skeptics to be honest but I have always seen them at exhibitions and was recommended by someone and took the plunge! I am on their Start An Online Business Programme and I will be lying if i said I was lucky because I simply just trusted the teams advice and expertise.

I’ve been working with Bulk Mobiles for creeping 4 months now. They helped me start up an e-commerce business. I was told I would see sales in 24 hours, I thought this was too good to be true and to be honest I saw not one but many sales in less than 6/7 hours! It was a lot to handle for someone with little / no experience so I opted for their membership to help me with the burden and overwhelming orders/messages and the team are so experienced. It’s near months of consistent good selling and I am already now planning to leave my day job to focus on my new business and give more to the guys here to manage for myself.

I was up in the night trying to see how one can learn to buy more products from other international suppliers and I was skeptical about trying another supplier in a different category of products to Bulk Mobiles and then I remember my skepticism with trying these guys to now planning to leave my job so thought I’d come leave a review to show you can give new things a try and you never know your experience compared to others, with patience!
