I've ordered several supplements from several sources, all of which I've researched to the best of my ability to make sure the product is pure and without fillers. The benefits are long term and not a quick fix. I do actually feel better and fitter as of late, so something is working in my favour.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with BulkSuppliers due to their careless handling and unresponsive customer service. My consignment was wrongly labeled at the time of dispatch, which made it impossible for me to clear customs in India. I was unable to provide the required documentation because the invoice and labeling were incorrect from the start.

Following the courier company’s advice, I had requested them to correct the documents. Despite multiple requests and clear communication, the BulkSuppliers support team refused to assist in correcting the documents. Instead, I received the same copy-pasted responses with no real help or accountability.

Finally, I had to request a return of the shipment. For a product worth just $22, I ended up spending over $60 on courier charges, insurance, duties, and taxes—only to receive nothing in return. I lost both money and valuable time trying to resolve an issue that was entirely caused by their negligence.

This was a horrible customer experience, and I would strongly caution others before placing any orders with this seller. Their lack of responsibility and poor service is unacceptable.

Very quick service and quality product.

First shipment was lost, told to wait 3 days for some kind of mystical delivery delay but reported it 5 days after 'delivery'. Service rep immediately submitted another order and it was delivered correctly the second time, little over a week delay from first delivery day.

Great experience other than the postal service had issues so it was a little late. Not Bulk's fault. Very pleased.
