Very good customer service and great product quality

Phoned for 6 consecutive working days, told that it was marked as urgent and I’ll get a call back… still waiting for the call back.

On the first occasion I called at 2pm, and told that I would get a call straight back. After 2 hours I called them to be told they had gone home for the day.

I’ve also sent 4 emails with pictures and videos demonstrating the issue with the product. I’ve received one reply asking a question I had already answered in a previous message.

This issue still isn’t resolved.

Bulldog gear is high quality, no question it’s very good equipment. Customer service is also very good, my only gripe would be slow dispatch/delivery.

Order placed 8th April, no tracking info received, chased up, told parcel was due, still not received (still no tracking info). Chased again, new order raised (no idea what happened to first order). Item finally arrived 28th April.

Excellent service, great price and fast safe delivery. Bumper plates were high quality and real value for money, I even went back for ‘toaster’ bumper plate holder!

Very poor experience. I mistakenly ordered 2 x 40kg dumbbells and when I tried to return them, I was told it would cost £120 just for the return — nearly the price of the product itself (£176).

On top of that, the fold flat bench I received was broken on arrival, which is completely unacceptable. Faulty items should not come with extra hassle or cost to the customer.

Overall, this feels very unfair and poorly handled. Customers should be aware of these issues before ordering. I won’t be buying again.

Have placed an order on 07/04 absolutely no delivery details whatsoever. Sent numerous emails and spoke to them on the phone 4 times with promise of them ringing back with information. I can't even get in touch with the correct department to discuss a refund in needed.

I bought a “shorty” bar a little while ago, great quality and solid finish. So, when I saw a site-wide 20% off I decided to treat myself and invest in an EZ bar too.
The finish of the bar is far from the same quality, which is a shame. The bar feels and looks like the black coating has been applied much thinner.
On the plus side it does seem like a quality bar….just a shame it’s not up to the same finished standard as my shorty. Bit over priced in comparison I think.

Good delivery time, good quality as always from Bulldog Gear. No missing pieces, and the product was pretty straight forward to set up. These guys are my go-to for fitness equipment.

The delivery arrived quickly, and the quality is excellent. The 24 kg kettlebell, like all of them, is very well made. I will be buying a second one soon.
