Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I would never recommend to use this company. The guy running the company, Albrecht, was very responsive when it was time to receive the full payment in advance and then he kept delaying the delivery date. He is now more than three months late on a wooden table that he agreed to ship in three months time (which is already a very long time). I have asked him many times to have a delivery date, it takes him several days to reply and he keeps coming up with poor excuses. Very bad experience, I am now asking for a full refund.
