Prices are fair

Prices are fair, delivery is timely, but I had an issue with a coin that was not of the quality I had expected, and with the return policy it wouldn't pay for me to return it. This is the only company that I have dealt with that I have experienced this problem.

Very responsive customer service

Sometimes things are not as they seem, I thought I received something extra in with my Silver Bar order. As it turns out a pen mark was the culprit. After sending the bars back I was reimbursed the $8.35 to get it back to Bullion Exchange. This was a test order amongst three dealers and Bullion Exchange came in first in the customer service category. I had a talk with Richard in their customer service department and came away with a better understanding of their procedures. I shared my thoughts with Richard and it seemed that he was genuinely interested in what I had to say. I'll be ordering from them again and hopefully these issues will be resolved.
