Always great when I order from Bullion Exchanges.
There was some confusion about tracking numbers. The first number sent to me showed it was cancelled over the weekend. I called Monday to get the new one. There was no mention of the fact that the majority of the order was actually in another shipment to follow.
When I received the first part, and discovered it was partial, I had to call again for tracking number. I really like to know where my silver is!
The woman on the phone both times was pleasant and helpful, and advised the numbers should have been sent through automated system. However I could not find any other emails even in spam folder.

Overall, this is a relatively minor problem, I'm sure the system will be checked and corrected if needed.

I still give 5 stars for Bullion Exchanges! Their descriptions are great and accuracy of orders is perfect. And their customer service is top notch!

Great Service - Tracking worked this time... I had a Hiccup on my first order but they fixed it and I made my second order and it went FLAWLESS! I have a new Favorite place for my precious metals! A+++

I ordered two items. Both were listed as Cull. The 1987 American Silver Eagle had a few scratches on the Sun and the 2013 was just a little dark. Some of the Libertads had what appeared to be very light milk spots. The others were fine to my eye. I will buy again.

Great selection, fair price, timely delivery. I was referred to this company by a family member and they did not disappoint. I will be transacting with them again soon.

Although this should be a 5 star review... I waited about 3 weeks for it to get to me. It's only because I live in a small rural community in Alaska. I am pleased with my order. The price was good, it just took a lil longer to get to me. This was my first order, I'll most likely order from Bullion Exchanges in the future. I'm thinking the first orders may have been a little troublesome. I'll post another review when I do. Thanks Guys :)

Great product, fast shipping.

Mediocre and cheap business practices, worst customer service. I used to buy a lot from them. But recently their service has gone down the tubes. We paid them by wire transfer, and expected shipping email next day like we always do from any business. But to my surprise after no shipping status or update for 3 business days, I asked, and they gave me 5 business days shipping policy crap about the item I purchased. Basically they hold onto your money and depending upon the metal market fluctuation +/- they will use those 5 days to make more out of it. HOW CHEAP! Do not pay this POSs by wire transfer or direct debit whatsoever. Pay by credit where you can dispute and report these A***oles. Else just buy it from elsewhere and avoid these phony characters.

Placed a small order as I was unsure. Thank God I did not place a large order. All other trustworthy bullion sites ship within a day or two of receiving payment. After emailing, I was told it could be up to 5 days to process.It has been 7 days and my order is still processing.I am in the process of a PayPay dispute now. I just want my money back.

Cancelled order thru Pay Pal & suggested check. The co. doesn't aspect e-checks & needs to join this century. Have used at least 4 or 5 online precious mental sites before them & never had an order refused. I guess that's why they where the only place with the coin I was looking for since you can't get order through to buy item. Needless to say there not ever getting my business.

They gave me hard time just for 5 dollars . They charge me for a brand new condition price but send me very bad 10 oz. silver bar ( opened and scratches ) .They promise to give me just $5 discount ( promotion ) . Waiting for 2 weeks . back and forth with the manager . However, they gave nothing ...NOT honest ... NOT recommended ... Stay away ...Thanks !

OK, i bought many times from Bullion Exchanges, and was pretty happy in my first dealings. After a few purchases, i noticed they didn't have on the website what i wanted, and i noticed on Ebay they had it listed and available. I asked on website if they had it because it shows they do on Ebay. The online website chat said no because they are differently ran.

So i bought on Ebay. I purchased 2 Philadelphia Emergency Production Silver Eages, MS70 First Day of Issue. 2020 and 2021. Sadly when they arrived, they looked so horrible to be PCGS graded, it looked as if Walking Liberty had slit her wrist with the gashes, the nicks on her gown, and the eagle on the reverse was scuffed. I know if I had submitted a perfect to my eyes specimen I would consider myself lucky to get a MS70 as i always thought PCGS was one of the best. But i know the drill, businesses pay high dollars to push through as many MS70 results to sell. Well, with my Ebay rights i was protected to return them. So i did. Well, after waiting I kind of got some negative feedback from EBay Bullion Exchanges. So i complained to Ebay and they refunded me.

Five months later I again wanted to buy bullion, i was purchasing a 10oz. PAMP Suisse silver bar, and a 1/10oz 2021 Type 2 Gold Eagle. Over $500.

I purchased on the 17th of August. So i go the rest of the week just waiting. They surely pulled my money on the 18th of August from my bank. Well on the 23rd of August, i decide to look at the page and i see that they claim after one day of confirmed payment the order is sent out on procedures. So i chat online the website with GOLDIE or GOLDA, kinda funny huh.

I get a response saying i was flagged, even though i was using my different email. The other purchase was through my significant other. They must not like to hear complaints about their claims on the website.
So basically i ask them why i am discriminated because of the Ebay purchase they said was flagged, which i was told was a totally separate deal than the website. I am told they would be issuing a refund. Up to 3 days. Funny how they draw the money, collect interest, knowing they never intended to ship because of their poorly graded product 5 months ago.

So i complain as any level minded person would, how they drew the money from my account, waited so long, and only reply when i raise concern why i never had shipment. I told them they could easily direct deposit my funds. I contact my bank and explain, and my bank gives me the direct phone number that handles transactions. So i call the number.

My bank gave me the number that handles their billing procedures. (for those who may experience the same, it is) 212-354-1715.
So i call this number that my bank gave me. I told him i am calling about a refund and gave the order number. He had a foreign accent, maybe Indian perhaps, and said wait a minute, what company are you calling about? I said Bullion Exchanges. He said we do not deal with Bullion Exchanges, and said they get alot of calls pertaining to them and that they list their number with intent to throw people off. So I said so they are actually performing some sort of shell game operation? He said yes they get many calls for Bullion Exchanges.

So frustratedly i call Bullion Exchanges back, 800-852-6884, and speak to the same unfriendly person i spoke to before, meaning they have a very small staff. She knew me by name by now, and said to allow 24hrs for the refund. By this time I do not know who to trust.

I filed with the BBB (Better Business Bureau), and explain all i could as brief as I could. After reviewing Bullion Exchanges, i see many of the same complaints. They have a rating of 1.92 of 5 stars.

What is a shame is I have put my reputation to friends and other businesses to buy from Bullion Exchanges. I now have to contact each and every one and retract those recommendations.

Now, i cannot even log on to their website, nor account, as they have blocked my IP. Hmmm, sounds very professional huh? I haven't received my refund, and they block me BEFORE they refund?

Stay away from this company, and know there are very many more legitimate dealers who put the customers concerns first.
I am not saying the following just out of retribution, but after this experience, an individual has told me that a percentage of their bullion is counterfeit, direct from China, and almost undetectable. China has honed in on indistinguishable reproductions.

I don't know how true this is, but at this point i would not put it past them, because in my last conversation with Masha (so she said her name was), i asked her if she knows the number 212-354-1715, and she said yes its their number. So either the guy i spoke with is lying for a reason, or they are covering their shell game operation.

To sum it all up, i am just a person who wants to buy quality bullion. Its not my fault they run two separate lines, website and on Ebay.

The details of my experience is this company has sent me 2021 ASE with milk spots without a reduced price. I understand they can milk spot over time but they all arrived this way. They also have not replied to my email. My thinking is that they are sending these out for online purchasers and keeping the better ones for in store. Just a reminder that crooks are still out there. If you want to buy some brand new 2021 silver ASE with milk spots that have not been reduced then this store is for you. Also, if you like companies with crummy customer service then look no further. Will not buy from anymore
