Delayed order and almost no response from customer service. Very disappointing experience for a precious metals dealer. I cannot recommend Bullion Express.

Doesn’t Deliver
I ordered silver on 2/3/26 which was in stock. When not shipped by 2/16, I canceled. After no response for 3 days, I reversed charge on my credit card. It is now 3/1. I’ve received no silver, no cancellation confirmation, no refund and no response. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from them.

along with the first review i also purchased from bullionexpress.My order was placed jan 9 2026 and cleared my bank on the 12th.As of today the 9th of feb i still haven't received my order.Ive contacted them at least a half dozen times with no clear delivery date.I have diputed the transaction with my bank and filed a complaint with the bbb.

Stay away from this company
Purchased silver bullion on January 8th. Payment came out of my account on January 9th. As of February 6th the order still shows "Processing" on their website and my requests for a refund have gone unanswered. Phone number takes you directly to voice mail. Emails received border plate replies, not addressing my concern.
Stay away.
