Bullion Legacy 

After paying for a $4K+ purchase, I never received anything. Despite numerous attempts, there is no response from anyone at the company. No e-mail, no phone, no text. Yet the site is somehow still up.

Although I'm a returning customer I had some issues with my most recent order. Normally you receive a confirmation email that your payment has cleared and is shipping within 48hrs. . This last time it was over a 8days before I received confirmation my payment had cleared and order was shipped and then it took way longer for it to be delivered to me a bit more than usual. Not sure why and it might not be a big deal but I was worried half the time

Fake scam website, just take money never send anything and stop replying via email and calls do not use them at all be aware.

I bought TWO 1oz bars of Baird Assay Rhodium. Andy the owner was polite and forthcoming in all ways with this large purchase. In his email to me were all his WIRING logistics, such as swift code, account number, bank address and bullion legacy address. So I proceeded to wire a very large amount. The very next day I get a notice from my bank that the wire had been returned due to ADDRESS not MATCHING his BUSINESS NAME... This would never happen with a business set up with a legitimate bank. I verified that: 10060 Rushing Rd, El Paso, TX 79924 was on the wiring notice from Bullion Legacy, and that the NAME on the very same wiring form was BULLION LEGACY. So NAME and ADDRESS were accurate with no mistake which I confirmed on my wire with my bank as well. So this is a puzzle. This is his company NAME and his ADDRESS but not accepted by his bank: DISCOVER BANK of Greenwood Delaware. So I backed out, and I wished Andy all the best and told him he needed to manage his business way better to create confidence with new customers. CAVEAT: I will add that there are positive reviews on Trust Pilot for this business so he may be delivering the precious metal but 25% single star reviews is not good. BB, Tacoma WA

I wired money and never received product. Customer service repeatedly promised tracking numbers, now does not even respond. Beware.

The customer service was helpful, but it could have been better. I had to go through a lot of back and forth just to get my order through. In any case, I received what I requested; many thanks!

Not sure if these guys are legit... Reviews seem fake, and 1 review saying a scam?

Be wary

bullionlegacy.com is a scam. They ask you to wire money and never shipped products. Trustpilot sent me an email asking me to send information for bullion legacy to recognize my experience. A scammer will not verify my purchase. Instead, it is so easy for them to manufacture good verified reviews on this platform. It has been 8 business days since I wired money. They have not provided me either proof of refund or shipment of products. This is totally a scam.

Box came in mint condition, everything checked out as expected, we’re satisfied. We have made a few purchases already but this monsterbox purchase has just bought me over for this company given that this was hard to find and yet they served us nicely I have so much respect for the staff here especially Andy I highly recommend Bullion legacy.

It was only my second purchase with this company and i doubted if they really had the rhodium bar in stock considering how hard it is to find one online. So I was so surprised that it came through and in great condition, also checked out as authentic

After months dealing with Bullion legacy i could only have good things to say Except for this one time the shipping was a challenge as UPS wouldn't ship to my address for some weird reasons and i had to drive a few miles to pick it up the order myself. I'm sure it was Bullion legacy's fault because why was this particular one different.

Besides the fair prices and some wonderful metals, what always stands out about this business is the people.welcoming and always patient with me. Have never been disappointed here, everything always arrives on time and even before the expected date on few occasions, haven't lost a package yet.But i think more work could be done on their inventory.

This one is Definitely a good and reliable company to buy from. I Strongly recommend.

Didnt receive confirmation till two weeks after then claimed i disputed the charge which never happened. Should of listened to my intuition that they were fugazzi
