Everything came quickly and at a decent price. I did ask why in person the one coin looks gold when it was completely silver in the picture and received no response. That being said I will buy again in the near future.

Lack of communication
Lack of communication, police check format of business demanding ID after money sent no mention before hand. Product was scratched and not new minted condition. Others in this business have it figured out from our experiences of the past.

First time BM customer. Right during Christmas, I called them to get information about the 1 oz gold coin. Staff was very helpful and nice. I received the coin very quickly especially being the holidays. Looking forward to my next ounce of gold from BM

Doing the payment is nightmare,
CIBC has declared the payment as fraudulent activity and has cancelled my payment and blocked my account too.
On top of that Bullion send me an email threatening me to send my information to collection agent, This is just F** insane, This is last and my first time dealing with this

Missing Gold, Didn't Surveillance or Claim Shipping Insurance
Horrible company. First order went smoothly, in the second order the gold was missing. They refused to check the packing surveillance and didn't claim the shipping insurance policy they claim to have. Customer service was rude and stubborn, didn't offer a refund, and gave a measly discount for the next order which I didn't use. Lost money and all trust in them. According to other reviews, this seems like a common occurrence.
Now I'm worried my previous orders had bullion with false purity.
