Avoid Bullseye Inspections LLC

I hired Bullseye Inspections LLC to conduct a home inspection prior to purchasing my home. The inspector cleared the property without identifying any significant issues, and based on that report I moved forward with the purchase and moved in.

Approximately three years later, I scheduled a home efficiency audit, not because anything was broken, but because I wanted to learn ways to improve my home's energy efficiency. During the audit, the technician pointed out that the ductwork in my attic was not authorized under Arizona standards and that the air conditioning unit installed in the home was oversized for the square footage. According to the auditor, these are conditions that a qualified home inspector exercising reasonable care and skill should have been able to identify during a standard inspection.

Because these non-compliant conditions existed at the time of the inspection and were observable, I contacted Mr. Perkins of Bullseye Inspections LLC and requested that he either file a claim with his insurance or assist with covering the cost of the necessary corrections. His insurance ultimately denied the claim due to the statute of limitations, and since then I have not received any further response from him.

Based on this experience, I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism, accountability, and thoroughness I received.
