I have been coming to this dental surgery for more than 30 years and I always have an excellent experience with Hiba Odabashy, my current dentist. The clinic is spotless, and the reception staff are welcoming, courteous, and professional. Hibba is highly skilled, calm, and gentle. She explains everything clearly and makes me feel completely at ease, especially as she is aware that I am a very nervous patient who suffers with TMJ and I have a strong gag reflex. I couldn’t recommend her and the surgery more.

I have also had the treatment for bruxism recommended by Hiba and found this to be very helpful.

I was referred to Bullsmoor dental clinic by another surgery. I have to say that I could not be happier with the treatment I’ve received.

Without exception the staff have been professional, friendly and welcoming. The result of the procedure I underwent has been amazing.

My father will remain anonymous and I feel compelled to share the deeply disappointing experience my father and I had at Bullsmoor Lane Dentist. I believe this practice displays clear signs of institutional racism and treats certain individuals with disrespect and unfairness.

I accompanied my elderly father, a proud member of the Windrush generation, to this dentist seeking help for a painful dental issue. Shockingly, the owner (whose name I can’t recall) barely looked at him — a one-minute glance at most — before refusing to provide any treatment or proper explanation. The dismissiveness and lack of empathy were deeply upsetting and unacceptable.

My father deserved to be treated with dignity and care, just like any other patient. Instead, we were made to feel unwelcome and undervalued. This experience has left a lasting impression on us, and I believe it speaks to a wider issue of how this practice treats people of certain backgrounds! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING

I had an extremely upsetting experience at Bullsmoor Lane Dentist, particularly with the owner, Mr. Jagani. After I politely queried the cost of treatment, he reacted aggressively — cancelling my appointment immediately and telling me to leave the practice. This response was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

Even more disturbing was the tone and attitude he displayed toward me as an Afro-Caribbean patient. His behaviour felt racially charged, cold, and dismissive — not what anyone should ever have to endure in a healthcare environment. I left feeling humiliated, disrespected, and deeply uncomfortable.

Rude, Unprofessional, and Racially Insensitive Experience!! If I could leave zero stars I would!!!

No patient should be treated this way — especially in a setting where trust and dignity are meant to come first. I strongly urge others to consider this before booking here, and I sincerely hope the relevant authorities take note of how some patients are being treated.

Wisdom tooth removed very nice staff and great customer service.

Have been a patient here for over 40yrs. Treatment service is wonderful. Mr Jagani is very caring and very skilled and have had implants, crowns, and root canal treatments all expertly done. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Having attended this clinic since Mr Jagani started as an associate it was only natural I continue attending when I got married and moved across the country. I now travel 1.5-2hours each way for an appointment… and bring my husband and 4 kids with me. THE best dental care (I’m totally unbiased from years of experience) in the WHOLE of Greater London.

At Bullsmoor dental receptionist welcomed me with a smile every time I walked in, they make you feel relaxed and comfortable so you feel whatever the situation you are in safe hands. You’re then seen within minutes of coming in.

I have been with this dental practice for many years. I used to be a very nervous patient but thanks to the understanding and patience of my dentist (Hiba) I find appointments a lot easier now. The staff are kind and helpful I would not go anywhere else.

Was seen promptly by dentist and hygienist. Both were very friendly and I am very happy with the service I get. It’s just the cost of the treatment plan I do find quite expensive.
