The people at Bumblejax were super responsive, very helpful, very friendly, and went above and beyond from start to finish: 1. I started with questions about what I was experiencing with a different print company, and the rep (Tate) at Bumblejax was patient and thoughtful on guiding me thru starting that work at Bumblejax. Then, fast forward to pick-up, where the two owners of the company gave me a mini tour of the space, talked me through some of their printing processes, and (one of the guys) even hand-delivered the print to my car. So, end-to-end processing. I really appreciate the way they do business.

Excellent. The products look great and the customer service is excellent. I'm new to acrylic printing and wasn't sure which products and options were best for my photos and they were very helpful (and didn't even recommend the most expensive options).

My products arrived quickly and well-packed. With one of them, I had selected the wrong option (black instead of white backing). Bumblejax offered to reprint it for cost and waive the rush shipping to get it to me in time for my show.

I can't recommend them enough.

My only suggestion for new customers is to really measure your space. 16X12 sounds big, but it's really not (especially without a frame).

I chose Bumblejax after considering a number of labs, and I chose well. Their customer service is first rate, patiently answering all my questions and addressing concerns. I ordered a 32x24 acrylic and a smaller metal print and both were gorgeous- better than I hoped for. Turn around was fast and the prints were expertly packaged. I have several more projects to print and Bumblejax will be my go to lab for large scale fine acrylics.

I was so excited when I first learned there was a great photo print shop in Seattle that I visited and got a tour of their facilities. I have been placing orders with them ever since. Great customer service, high quality products!

I am such a huge fan of Bumblejax acrylic mounted prints, especially on metallic paper! They always come out stunningly beautiful. Their order process is very easy and the production time is extremely quick for these types of things. I've even designed a whole picture wall inspired by how great they look!

I couldn't be happier with the prints. I placed an order for 11 pieces for clients in the US after being sent a sample video of a similar sized photographic print on Di-Bond. On a gut feeling, I went ahead with the order and each one of my clients has been delighted. I will absolutely be using Bumblejax for my North American clients.

My grandma asked me to digitize some old black and white family photos and get them printed in the best quality possible. I worked in the print industry for several years so I knew what to look for when I went shopping around online for acrylic prints. These guys checked all the boxes and their customer service (shoutout to Tate) was incredibly prompt and helpful when I had questions.

I installed the printed photos last weekend and I was blown away by the quality of the prints. I have no doubt they will last a very long time. Thank you Bumblejax!

This was my first time ordering acrylic blocks from anywhere and my goodness, they came out sooo amazing. They're like almost 3D. I love the thickness, the color if vibrant, and it's something different from the standard "hang on the wall" options, as these all sit on my shelves or desk. Super happy with the outcome!

You chopped off several inches of my picture, so it looked like crap. Then you blamed me and then tried to get me to pay $65 to fix your mistake. I’ve gotten good prints/service in the past, but will not be using your services again.

I've tested many print labs for my photography business, and Bumblejax makes the highest quality Chromaluxe metal prints! I plan to use them as my supplier going forward.

I've been using Bumblejax for a while now for the work that I need for exhibition purposes. I can't endorse theses guys enough as they produce flawless work! They are fast and priced well.When an artist finds a partner that can produce this type of quality, its one less thing to worry about! I appreciate the care and pride that they exhibit in producing/finishing my art!

I'd never used bumblejax before but needed a photo print on acrylic. I looked at multiple online reviews and they seemed to be highly regarded. I was very satisfied with ordering process and the delivery was quite prompt, much better than I expected. The quality of the finished print was excellent. With a new customer discount the price was competitive with several other sites but without the discount somewhat higher. I feel that the service and value in most cases will justify the higher price.
