This was the biggest waste of money

This was the biggest waste of money. I received a box with one pair of socks, tea, a headband and a crappy, cheaply made "lovey" (that felt disgusting, I would never want my child to have to touch it) for almost $50. WHAT A RIPOFF. If I went to the store and bought these items it would've cost me maybe $20. The problem is, I wouldn't have ever gone to the store to buy these items. What a bunch of crap.

PURE JUNK!!!

I purchased the 9 month subscription. Cheap products, sometimes you don't receive the box until the next month so you can go without one for that month. multiple times I got same products and the 9th month the final box was very disappointing Pure JUNK! you would think at $40 a month for 9 Months the products would have been generous I wouldn't recommend to anyone go with another company!

Terrible experience with this site

Terrible experience with this site. They will steal your money, tell you your subscription is cancelled and then never respond and keep charging you, even after I had told them I experienced a mis carriage, they were rude and could care less.

Ordered bump boxes as a gift

Ordered bump boxes as a gift. They are not packaged well and products were all over the place. The bath salts were open and all over everything. Each box was a mess and I ordered 4. There’s not much in each box. Disappointed I’m giving as a gift.

I would not recommend getting involved with this company

I thought this would be a nice gift for my daughter who was having her first child. She has had the baby. I have been trying to cancel my subscription and it has been the hardest thing ever to do. There is no customer service, the number you call only have a recorded message. I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION

Terrible customer service, bad subscription, cheap products

Terrible customer service, misleading subscription service and cheap products. The boxes are not worth the price and they won't let you cancel.
Their website guarantees hassel-free cancellation, however that is a lie. They simply refuse to let you cancel and charge a fee which they hide in the TOS.

The boxes were nice but I only signed…

The boxes were nice but I only signed up for 1 year. It’s been 16 months and I’m still trying to get them to stop sending the boxes. I called, Emailed several times and even changed my credit card number yet they are still billing me. I have now notified my credit credit company.

I would not recommend this…

I would not recommend this subscription. The prenatals in the box were crap and the other items were ok. Then when I went to cancel they charged me $25. That is ridiculous when you already have expenses for your baby.

HORRIBLE service & company

I do not leave reviews...but this service was so awful that I absolutely have to. I accidentally purchased a subscription box during Black Friday for my best friend. I emailed them the DAY OF to request a cancellation as there's no way to do it yourself on their website. I did not hear anything. A couple of days later, I was charged again for the 2nd box. I called the number on their site & the automated message said to chat with a rep on their site.

After chatting with a rep, I was told I could not get a refund and had to pay an additional $25 to cancel the subscription. I explained that this was an accidental purchase and did not want any of the boxes and to please cancel - she did not care and said there was no way to get a refund. Completely horrible service, a business that does not understand/sympathize with the customer and a rip-off. I will be telling my friends about this and warning all moms. Do NOT order from them and save your money.

If I could give 0 stars I would

Don't ever get this subscription it is. CHeap shir its not even worth the money u spend and then it I told them repeatedly told them i wanted to cancel it n then they sent me another box anyway and told me they can't give me my money back and that I have to pay 25 dollars to cancel worst subscription ever!!!

You don't get much for $40 Bucks! Save your money!!

I signed up for a 6 month subscription for my daughter in law. Her first box was fine, but nothing over the moon. The second box contained duplicates and I've not been able to reach anyone by phone or email or even chat. Super disappointed. I get your busy but your customer service is horrific and your products aren't worth $40 bucks per box.

This is the worst subscription I’ve…

This is the worst subscription I’ve ever tried and one of the most expensive.

The items are easily found cheaper at Ross. Plus they send a lot of cheaply made items like water bottles with their Bumplife logo on it.

As if this isn’t bad enough, they charge you to cancel!! THIS IS A SCAM.

Awful subscription service

Awful subscription service. Purchased this as a gift, but continued to be charged month after month even after requesting cancellation. Now having to dispute with my credit card company. Avoid at all costs.

Great idea--can't execute.

Subscribed for a gift. The first 2 boxes arrived 2 days apart with virtually the same contents, then they skipped a month. Although the thought of the gift was appreciated by the expecting mother, the merchandise was tacky (almost as if it were selected for 16-year-olds). A great concept, but very poorly executed. As the mother-to-be has now miscarried, I am having a difficult time communicating with Bump Boxes to stop the subscription. Most disappointing experience.

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT USE

I like to be honest and run honest business. THIS PLACE DOES NOT DO THAT!!!! Products are not worth the money paid, they require you to cancel your subscription even if you only select a 6 month plan. Then they continue to charge you the fees without any notice.

I rarely write negative reviews

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it is my OBLIGATION to warn others to not subscribe to this service. I gave a six-month gift subscription to my daughter when I learned she was pregnant. The box contents were fine . . . The main reason for my review is the dishonesty of the company. 1) I signed up for a six-month subscription. To me, this means that I am charged for six months and then the service ends and the charges end as well. This was not the case. I continued to be charged. 2) I cancelled my subscription FOUR TIMES through their on-line cancellation portal. Remember - I should not have needed to cancel a subscription that was only supposed to be for six months. 3) I finally called bump boxes customer service, waited on hold for 45 minutes and then received very rude responses from Sarah. My subscription was cancelled (lets hope I am not charged again), but when I requested a refund for only one month - I received the standard "can't do that" response. This company does not take any accountability for their poor business practices. As a customer, it feels very unfair without recourse. As such - I am writing this review to hopefully save someone else from my horrible experience.

TOTAL RIP OFF. Very few items in each box and impossible to cancel. Customer service is HORRIBLE and refuses to give you any money back (even after charging me for several months WITHOUT sending any boxes!!). DO NOT PURCHASE STAY AWAY!!!!!

When you sign up they say hat you can…

When you sign up they say hat you can “cancel anytime”. Well this is not true. They will make you pay a $25.00 fee. I tried to cancel once and they charged me the next month’s $43 box. I called again and explained the situation, the customer service rep said she cannot refund the $43 as it’s already been processed and I will still be charged $25. When I got upset the customer service rep HUNG UP ON ME. I’ve never ever done business with a business who conducts themselves in this manner.
