Worst product , worst service
Inordered 2 items worth of 9k. First it got deliered with big size and not good material.
I asked for return and they refused return saying we only exchange no refund.
I had to agree with them. I asked them to provide me smaller size which they said will be posssible but i need to pay 250 delivery charges.
I agreed as 250 was much less than 9k i spent foe 2 products.
One of the product got delivered which was worst material and paid 250 as well.
But 2nd one i didnt receive at all.
When i complainwd that i havent receive, they refused taking it seriously saying , bcz u dont have proof for not dwlivered product, v cant take ur complain.. how anybody will have proof foe the product which didnt gwt deliver. I will never order from this website. And customer care person was telling me that why did u order product without checking it properly?
I mentioned that photo on website and product i received it different quality . He said u have to think about this first before ordering. How rude is the answer...
