Misleading Pricing

I am extremely disappointed with Bundles. Like many other reviewers, I was hit with the €125 pickup fee at the end of my subscription — a cost that is never clearly disclosed during the ordering process. Bundles keeps saying it's "mentioned on the website," but burying key fees in fine print and then advertising "free installation and flexible monthly cancellation" is a classic example of misleading marketing.

This is not about me "overlooking" something — this is about deliberate obfuscation.
If multiple customers are surprised and frustrated by the same fee, that’s not a customer issue — that’s a design choice by your company.

Bundles positions itself as a sustainable and transparent alternative — but what's sustainable about encouraging customers to buy and toss out machines because it ends up cheaper than being penalized for using your "eco" service?

Your responses to other reviewers have often felt dismissive, shifting blame instead of taking accountability for poor communication.

Update (June 2025):
After raising my concerns, Bundles contacted me directly and agreed to waive the remaining fee entirely. They also said they will take my feedback into account in the next version of their website. I appreciate this resolution and hope it leads to clearer communication for future customers.

Useful & Friendly but misleading price

Generally useful, friendly customer service, but misleading and expensive pricing.

Initial quote was around 12 eur/month but ended up 23 eur/month, I'm not sure exactly why.

Also the 125 eur pick up cancellation fee is not clearly stated despite protestations to the contrary. The impression given in their offer is that this will be free.

If I had done my initial cost analysis off these prices it would have been cheaper to by a new machine and throw it out.

Pity to be penalized for being eco!

Good & Green service, but beware of 125 euro fee

Rented a washing machine with them for about 1 year and half, before moving out. Very useful and flexible service and great Miele machine!

Sustainability factor is really positive: reusing an amazing well maintained product is as important as the monthly price for the service.

Would give 5 stars, but 125 EURO of SETTLEMENT / CANCELLATION FEE is too much!

And even if it's written on their website, it's masked by the 'FREE INSTALLATION' claim, which is a misleading marketing trick.

While other online services deliver washing machine GRATIS...

Bad customer service and hidden fees

The company is nice in the beginning, the washing machine was nice, however the customer service is incredibly poor. Hidden fees everywhere, as well as charging 125€ for “relocation fee”, when you end your contract. For a monthly terminable service, I find this incredibly unfair. If you plan on using their services, you better off buy a washing machine.

125 euros to cancel your subscription!

125 euros to pick up the appliance after being subscribe for more then an year? Sorry, that's not acceptable. There are a lot of other better subscriptions, please run away from this company.

We're sorry you are surprised by the WasBundles Relocation Fee, but it's communicated on several places. We can imagine that after using our service for 2 years without any problems it's a dissatisfier. The reason that the relocation is not included in the subscription is because otherwise loyal customers would pay for the customers who use our service for a short term solution. The average subscriber uses our service for over 5 years, which means 2 euros per month for the transport, installation and refurbishment.
