Ordered almost 2 weeks ago with an estimated delivery of 2-3 days. Item still hasn’t been posted and not responding to any emails or messages asking for an update on the order. This from a company who claim on their website “We pride ourselves on our hands-on customer service approach” which is clearly not true.
