Don’t buy - no response when things are faulty

Item went faulty after 4 months - have emailed 4 times and left numerous messages on the website and had no response when I’ve asked for repair or replacement- the online help is always unavailable and no phone number. Don’t buy from this company

Scammers! I’d give zero stars if I could!

I’d give zero if I could!! Absolute scammers!! Do not use this company!!
Faulty and damaged item, no response to multiple emails and Facebook messages - no way of getting a replacement or a refund.. £68 might not seem much to some people but it is a large amount of money for us to lose and now my daughter is without her gift… so upset and angry. If I’d bought through PayPal I might have had some sort of refund now (maybe…) so instead I’m logging a dispute with the credit card company and crossing my fingers!

DO NOT buy from this website
No means of returning faulty goods
They tell you to email for a return address
They never reply
No phone contact details
They say they are part of PBA professional beauty association but I contacted them and they said they keep emailing them asking them to remove logo as they aren’t part of them
Still waiting for a refund from them
Daughter had no Christmas present …..
Appalling …

If i could give it a 0 star i would

If i could give it a 0 star i would. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! They do not respond to emails, tiktoks, live chats and facebook messages at all. My styler got so hot I had to use a towel to hold it and the cable was damaged. Ive contacted my credit card to help with a refund as they have made no contact with me in almost three months

Don’t bother

Would not even give a star if it was an option Purchased as a gift for my daughter , used twice and will now not turn on , Have emailed the company 3 times and they have not replied to me ,keep you’re money in you’re pocket or go with another retailer plenty to choose from

Good value for money

Good value for money! For 49 euros it's worth it! Heats more than my portable GHD hair dryer. The mouths are pretty (watch tutorials on YouTube to do better) very fast delivery

Dangerously faulty hair styler

Ordered and received a hair styler, took 4 weeks to deliver. Given as a Xmas gift and it blew up on first use. Dangerously heated up but would not blow hot air. Fused the whole house as adapter plug on power supply rather than correct eu safe plug. Dangerous item cannot reuse to send video of fault as could cause harm. Sent 3 emails to the email address on website, still no reply after 2 weeks. Items waiting to be returned but no return acknowledgement email with address to return to. Refund requested but emails ignored. Please do not purchase from this company they are scammers and send out faulty dangerous goods.
