I signed up for the free trial and it was processed promptly, however, When I entered the "Extreme Codes" data I got an error message saying the data entry was incorrect?
I entered it several times and checked it carefully. I have used multiple providers over the years so I am very familiar with how it works, and have never had a problem before.
I chatted with the online representative with no success.
I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone!!

I signed up for their free 24 hour account just to try it out. I am new to iptv. I followed the instructions published, two times. The reply from chat was to go to their help page and follow the instructions for my device. Didn't work so they sent me different creds. They didn't work after trying them twice. Again, Chat: go to our help page and follow the instructions...
I really wanted to make this work but chat guy wasn't real interested in what I wanted.
Chat help leaves me hanging for 20-30 minutes at a time. Still do not have a connection

Live agent was soul destroying
I spent god knows how long setting it up (my lack of understanding though not the company) - finally got sorted and then I couldn't locate whether they had UK championship football on the platform (soccer/EFL) like many other providers too.
I was speaking to Mr Tuhin on the live chat who no matter what I said didn't care to look into it or check, just kept saying things like we have loads of sports and check indian channels - not sure why he was being so unhelpful but the streams were quite good quality for the ones I'd checked

ok so long as you dont ask for a refund

the more i used the service the less happy i became on the 3rd day. I requested a refund i was asked why i explained. After requesting a refund several more times again i was told im not entitled
The service itself is ok nothing special, thousands of channels but not well organised using an app that is not the exactly market leading
