We had a problem with our boiler and thought we needed a new one!!we panicked as this is so expensive. Luckily Lee came to our rescue and found the problem which wasn’t the boiler, it was the pump in airing cupboard!!he came within hours to assess the issue and a few more days to get parts and fix it.
I couldn’t recommend highly enough. British gas couldn’t get anyone to come out for months and he saved our bacon and also our bank balance.
Wore a mask throughout and was very respectful of our house. Skilled and friendly, what more can you ask for!!

First rate job and first class service. This is the second time we have used Buntingford Heating and would have no hesitation in using them again.

I was a new customer, my previous engineer having retired. The Office person was very friendly and helpful. An appointment was made, for a short time into the future, to service a central heating boiler and a gas fire. The engineer arrived at the appointed time. He was friendly, efficient and tidily considerate, covering his work surface before he began. He appears to have solved a small problem with the programmer and the boiler is working properly as far as I am able to assess. I was very pleased with the service I received and will certainly use them again.
