I placed an order a while ago and the product arrived faulty (the pillow was essentially flat and offered no support at all). I reached out to Bupsy immediately to request a refund under the trial policy, but received NO reply.
I tried contacting their "support" email as per their website, their "contact" email, their "hello" email, and even tried through their contact portal on their website and Facebook Messenger.
I have received no reply to any of them, despite 9 separate attempts to do so.

Awesome Pillow
I love my Bupsy pillow! I’m 26 weeks pregnant, and I had been using a large U shaped pillow until my husband gifted me this Bupsy pillow. My husband hated how the U pillow would take up most of our queen size bed, and the material was itchy and made me hot at night. The bupsy pillow is so small and compact, and I love the pink cooling fabric! It did take me a few nights to get adjusted to this setup, since you have a wedge under your belly, and supporting your back, but after a few tries I found my sweet spot! I love how there are so many different configurations, so I can use it in bed, and also when laying on the couch too. My younger son also loves playing around with the Velcro on this pillow, and a friend of mine said she uses her Bupsy as a breastfeeding pillow after pregnancy. So happy I’m finally able to get some good sleep!

Love the Bupsy pregnancy pillow! The wedge shape helps keep me on my side while supporting both belly and back, making pregnancy sleep much more comfortable! It also has a minimalist design so you get support without the pillow taking up the entire bed!

Looks good but lacking filling.
Pillow appears as advertised and overall looks good but when using I found that there wasn't enough filling to be properly supportive for intended use. Compresses flat when I lay on it not stopping me from rolling onto my back or other side. I have added more filling from an old pillow I had to bulk it up so it is more supportive.

No more back sleep & less hip pain!
I couldn't stop rolling on my back at night and my hips would always hurt. With the bupsy pillow and full body additional attachment, this helped mitigate my problems. I don't wake up any find myself on my back anymore, and my hip pain has been cut in half. Plus, in a tight bed it doesn't take up too much room, like other pillows! I have used the pillows in different ways throughout my first and second trimester.

Saw it on instagram - Perfect Solution for hip pain
I saw an ad for this on Instagram, so I was a little suspicious, but if I could recommend just one thing for my pregnant friends, it'd be the bupsy pillow. I also got the body pillow to go with it, which has been perfect. I had so many issues during pregnancy, that I was constantly getting physical therapy treatments and chiropractor visits just to get some relief from my hip pain. These wedge pillows gave just the right amount of support that I needed, and I love that I could adjust the firmness of the pillows too. So comfortable!

Highly Recommended Pregnancy Pillow
Received the Bupsy pillow as a baby shower gift and can say it was one of the best gifts I received. I immediately replaced it with my other pregnancy pillow as it was so much more comfortable. Love that it's not as bulky and big as most pregnancy pillows. The pillow provides comfortable support for back and a growing belly. Highly recommend and would definitely make the perfect gift for any mom-to-be.

Pillows arrived quickly, but poor quality
Pillows arrived quickly, but the quality is quite poor. I expected a much more luxurious product for the price. The stitching looks like it won't hold together for very long, and the pillow is not filled very much, so it's not very supportive as shown in the product images on the website.

Cheap imitation with terrible return policy
If i could give no stars I would.
Very low quality product, a cheap imitation of other products around, which 90 days return policy includes the buyer being responsible for shipping costs...to China.
In lieu of that, their customer service team can offer the following deal: "Rather than dealing with the hassle of returning, I can process a 10% refund of your order." Ridiculous. Stay away.

Within 30 minutes of placing an order I emailed to cancel the order as I came across all these negative reviews. I sent multiple emails with no response, and continue to receive shipping updates. I just want a refund instead of a fake pillow that is not as described "with bamboo and cotton"- instead I'll probably get some cheap junk in the mail. I wish I saw these reviews sooner, I am so upset being a first time pregnant women- I can't believe there are scam sites preying on us vulnerable women. Shame on you!

This pillow is so incredible comfortable! It's helping me not roll over in the middle of the night and stay in the side position, that my OBGYN suggested. I naturally toss and turn, so this has solved my main concern. I've been using it for a few months, and I love how it is adjustable as my belly grows and expands. 100% recommended!

Really cheap SleepyBelly imitation pillow - I found this so uncomfortable, and the cheap scratchy fabric makes me wake up sweaty. The 90-day returns policy is also a scam. They ask that you retain the very rubbishy packaging and ship back to China. Or they say you can avoid the hassle and have 10% of the total cost back. Not worth the money, time or stress dealing with them!

I purchased the Bupsy maternity pillow
I purchased the Bupsy maternity pillow. When I opened the package there was a hole in one of the pillows and the overall quality was awful and looked nothing like the pictures.
I contacted customer services and they offered a 10% tailoring refund. This was clearly unacceptable when the quality was so bad. I have contacted them again and now my choice is post it back to China, which is expensive, or take a 25% refund. The customer services are being very unhelpful and returns should be made free as clearly the product is deficient.

40 days & no product
It has been 40 days since I put in my order and I have received nothing from this company.
I reached out to cancel and refund my order and have heard nothing. Save your money and avoid purchasing from them.

Issues with Product - Quickly Refunded
The pillow took 23 days to arrive, and is very low quality. The stitching had come out and there was already a hole in mine when I opened it. It is not a risk-free 90 day trial - you have to send the pillow back unused, unwashed and in it's original packaging. It comes in a black trashbag completely taped off with packing tape, so it's impossible to remove from the packaging without destroying the packaging. The pillow cover also does not look anything like the photos and their customer service uses a gmail account.
UPDATE 4/24: I sent an email to their customer service (noted below) about the quality of this product and I was promptly refunded for the pillow without having to pay for return shipping. Changing my rating to reflect that quick customer service.
