I didnt recieve my magazine
Got a bill, which I paid, and after that 2 fines for late payment!!. They dont reply to mail asking for the magazine. No magazine and no customers service available.
I have cancelled my subscription, and got a reciept for that, -and then another fine. Backdated so it was overdue before I recieved it.
I will never buy anything from them again
I was not aware that you must download the pattern so after waiting for it to arrive by post I contacted Burda. Who wants to download 100 pages of A4 and then tape it all together to make a pattern?! This should be clear when you buy the pattern.
Burda Kopier paper. Bought with the idea of making my own paper pattern. Cost about £4 and when opened included two small folded up sheets of paper, not even transparent pattern paper. Value about 10p. Fit for purpose: Nil
