The product was good better than most of its competitors
The product was good and I like the easy to grip handle that makes it easy to hold a Kindle when sitting and switching hands from one side to the other. This is something that a regular Amazon Kindle cover does not have.
Two areas of improvement, one would like the ability to have a kickstand so that for example on a plane or at a table could stand Kindle vertical so one could read. That would be a great addition. Some of the competitors do have that.
And the second thing images of the picture on website made it look more realistic. When received. It was more a classic texture pattern for the reptile skin. I actually thought it was real or synthetic leather. It's just really nylon.
Overall not bad for the value and better than post products out there. Areas to improve.
Shipping was great. I received it within a week after placing the order!

Poor customised phone case…
I recently ordered a customised phone case from BURGA for around $150, with a custom word printed on the back. Unfortunately when it arrived, the text quality was blurry and the placement was noticeably left-aligned rather than centred, which was disappointing given the premium price point and the fact it was a custom item.
The customer service experience also left a lot to be desired. Response times were very slow throughout the process, and their automated emails included messaging stating that sending multiple follow-ups would “push your inquiry to the back of the line,” which honestly felt pretty poor from a customer experience perspective when trying to resolve an issue with an expensive order.
They did eventually provide a refund once I supplied photos and explained the issue. Between the quality control problems and the frustrating support experience, it wasn’t the premium experience I expected from the brand.

I ordered phone cases on 02.05
I ordered phone cases on 02.05, today is 16.05 and I still nothing. I registered here to write about my experience, so people won't trap themselves with this company.
The "customer support " seems using AI agent as it's just automatic answers with the same words. The link the they provided saying it's in transit and no other updates for 2 (!) weeks. I asked several times to check with the provider they sent, but they answer that if my parcel won't turn up until 29.05, then they will do something....
I think it's fraud as even when I order from China I can track and see where is my parcel.
I regret that I ordered from this place, it was birthday present that already late and Burga doesn't care where it's lost...
