discord support actually replies here. had a tiny setup glitch with the products and they sorted it immediately. past providers left me on read for days so this was refreshing.

BurgerCheats works fine once you get it going but the DOCS could be better. took me a while to understand what to do since im new to this. works decent just not super beginner friendly right out the gate.

I engaged their services on 12/12/2025. The manual for each loader or hack they expect you to follow seems simple at first glance; however, as you navigate through the steps, the loader fails to operate correctly. This prompts you to consult a FAQ support guideline, which is marked as "follow this guide if you wish to use our hacks without problems," implying that the manual is ineffective from the start. Initially, I followed the manual without any difficulties, but the loader itself did not inject as intended; it merely stated to inject 255, which was nonsensical. I then reached out to support regarding the issue, but they did not respond until six hours later; their assertion of 24/7 support essentially fell apart, as help is only available at their discretion. The support is far from satisfactory; they first require you to complete a support ticket in English, even though the support team is not rational, and their responses are quite curt, simply saying, "return to the FAQ," even though i did do so, and as i advised them that; they would say, "the developer stated it works," or "oh, okay." Which in the end, could make one feel like they don't want to assist at all. Furthermore, support referred me to another site to download a program that is in Chinese. I subsequently sent support a video showing that it was still not operational on 12/13/2025, waited for more than how many hours for them to reply, and the only reply i got, was a deleted conversation on 12/14/2025. I highly recommend avoiding this; thank you.
