I wanted to leave some positive feedback for Gemma at Burger King Basildon. She was extremely friendly, polite and helpful, and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit.

Gemma had a really positive attitude and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s always nice to come across someone who takes pride in providing great service. She’s a real credit to the Burger King team at West gate, Basildon.

Alison at Stratford Upon Avon Branch is a star. She is very helpful and solves problems with actual solutions.

Visited the Burger King at Cartwright Lane,
South Normanton Derbyshire, DE55
2081719910 at around 3pm on 23.08.2026. Firstly had some issues with the self checkout as the kids meal were meant to be free in school holidays, i asked for some help and was told just check the app seemed annoyed i even asked! Went to order again and eventually after a good 10/15 mins of faffing ordered meals but no soft drinks available -not even water! overheard a man ask and the member of staff there is no drinks coming up on the system she replied yeah because if it's not on there we ain't got it! it was the attitude that took me back. I mean to not even offer a water is crazy. After spending quite a bit of money in there i decided to order a meal for Son at home, i told him no soft drinks so he asked for a milkshake instead but seen lots of bottles of coke etc being brought in asked if i could have one of those instead of the milkshake, was met with a sour face and no they are for delivery's....no customer service whatsoever!!!!! miserable and sour faced not a nice place.

I cannot believe they have discontinued the bean burger!!! Being a vegetarian there’s hardly any veg choice! thank you so much BG won’t be going back after being a loyal customer for over 30 years

This company as so bad, I've contacted their customer service about cold, inedible food and they dont even bother to reply!
No refund no apology, terrible company will never go back.
£20 on food I just threw away l, the drinks were hotter than the food as they had no ice.

£25 for total crap, vile over price slop.
Bacon looked uncooked when you could find it. Both meals cold never waste my time or money I had the Angus pattie extra bacon 🤣🤣🤣🤣 did not resemble the picture at all. Awful is being nice

just got delivery via justeat does the staff in ur shops not read the instructions yet again ordered HOT FOOD got sent freezing cold burgers & fries left instructions for things not to be put on my burgers & what a shocker its all bloody on £17 wasted & yet again left without food to eat no1 answers calls in the shop SO BEEN RIPPED OFF AGAIN

Luton airport Burger King 19 August 26 was taking orders and payment but had insufficient staff working to fulfil my order before I had to leave to get my flight. They refused to give a refund and there were hundreds of people waiting and in the same boat as us! Very very annoyed. Will never use BK again! 🤬

Don't often write reviews but just been to Burger king Penrith.
Have to say it was the best customer service I have ever received. The staff are very friendly and helpful, Clarity especially, nothing was too much trouble!

Burger King Sunderland

Always a pleased service. Food always delivered hot and fresh.

Burger King was my go to fast food restaurant. In particular the whopper, but there is something wrong. I have visited my local outlet and one near my place of work three times in the last two weeks. Each time the burger was devoid of the flame grilled taste mingling with fresh tomato, onion particularly. They have changed things and not for the better. You have lost me as a customer.

The food was very tasty

The manager flirting in the back with 2you g female staff while one young girl is run off her feet. When she went to ask for help he totally ignored her and muttered something when she walked away, what kind of a manager treats his staff so horribly? Then he had the cheek to complain about her to his manager who then called her into his office the next day and proceeded to say to her “ I recommend you leave “. Are these two managers bullying their staff ? Is this the way they run their Dovecot restaurant? Putting young people out of a Job without investigating the matter or not even a warning. Shame on you both bullies.

Expensive: The burgers - the whopper and the crispy chicken - were super expensive for the quality!

The quality is very poor.

Unethically imbalanced food quality to money ratio!

just been to Burger King -Manchester city centre branch and i ordered onion rings. sadly there is no onion in rings .only crunchy rings.I told manager ,she gave me another 6 onion rings which i didnt want .and again there was no onion ring in onion rings freshly cooked one .People are paying £3.19 for that and eating onion rings with no onion.
This is cheating.

Auful. Went to burger king at Rotherham M1 service station andhad there offer of bacon sandwich meal. It was awful. First of all the lady who prepared our food had no blue gloves on, when questioned about this she stated we do not have to wear them just wash our hands. I saw her wipe her hands on her shirt. The Bacon was cold and soggy. We put it in the bin.We had a bad experience a few years ago and said never again.We thought they may had changed, but no, the same sub standard food. Yet again never again. Awful and a rip off.

Went on just eat, just fancied a lovely plant based whopper only to find it was going to cost me an additional £2 for the patty, so does that mean for £7.89 i was just getting salad and bun, so disappointed and also on a very hot day, no milkshakes

Burgerking Christchurch, eclipse night, ordered two big whopper meals, fries and Coke's. Both had very cold buns and needed de-frosting properly, poor meals for £24, result...been in the toilet 5 times next day, so far...

We got our Burger King meal, Hopwood Services. went back to the car. Both our drinks were warm and flat. Horrible. Returned to BK. Person serving said the machine for carbonating drinks and putting ice in had been broken for 3 days!!! He said no one else had complained!!! Tried to get a refund for the drinks but that didn't work as we had a meal deal. He gave us a bottle of water. Complained twice to BK, they have never responded. That was a month ago. Won't go to BK again. They should tell customers the fizzy drinks machine is not working so people can get water, tea or juice.
