We were renting a property from Clyde Property who was then transferred to Burgh Property. Never had any issues until the end of tenancy. Ended up charging an extortionate amount of money when property had already been cleaned took pictures of top of wardrobe when I wasn’t even provided this at the start of tenency. Deposit was 2 months rent an eye watering £2100. Knew exactly what they were doing and if you contest they will just hold up the return of your deposit. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Go with anyone else otherwise you will be getting charged the deep clean for the new tenancy even when you clean the property.

Stuart and his team did an excellent job in getting my property on the market. I was kept informed as to the timescale for this and called or emailed on a regular basis with appointments as I had chosen not to use the portal for this.
You are appointed staff members who will contact be your main point of contact in the course of the sale.
