Not Worth the Trip

I had high hopes for Burkes Outlet but left feeling completely underwhelmed. The store was disorganized and difficult to navigate, with merchandise scattered everywhere and no clear system to find what you're looking for. The selection was hit or miss, and a lot of the items felt like low-quality leftovers that other stores couldn't sell.

Staff were largely unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. Checkout lines were long with no effort to open additional registers.

For an outlet store, you'd expect real deals — but the pricing didn't feel like much of a bargain once you factor in the quality. I won't be going back.

I absolutely love shopping here and the quality is great however I placed an order with a credit card instead of a beals/Burke's card and because of that the customer service representatives told me that they couldn't verify whether my order was placed and I would have to call capital one.
Disappointed.
They couldn't give me an order number or confirmation that an order was placed and we still haven't received a confirmation email although the card has been charged.

Do not buy online. I Ordered the wooden dessert dish it arrived broken and I was not refunded the shipping fee although I returned it to the store. Product did not look like it did online. It was very cheap looking. I do not recommend burkes outlet. I'll stick with ross or Burlingtons.

Everything you buy they add interest to it. If your late on a payment they charge you 41 dollars. I cancelled my card and will not give them any of my business again. EVER!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online from Burke's Outlet. I could not get them on my feet despite the fact that I ordered my regular size. I went to return them to the Bealls Outlet store and was told they wouldn't take them back. I called Burke's Customer Service today and they told me I could return them to a Bealls Outlet Store. So my purchase of $38.49, ends up costing me $20.00 for shipping and return by UPS. This is unconscionable aside from getting mixed stories. I will never shop them again.

Grab all the items of one game, that there was available for the instant gifts, gifts to relatives and Christmas gifts.
They have cancelled my order, just because "it's too much for one person to order", or "call your bank for address details" (of course, all the billing details was provided correctly).

Biggest disappointment.

If you don't want to allow to buy more than 5 items per 1 person - just write it in the disclaimer below "purchase" button, or made restrictions per account, how it is provided on Amazon.
But not this way, when I virtually already got it and you just decided not to give me it.

Absolutely my favorite place to shop. Great brands and amazing prices!

This is one of my favorite stores, they too have a lot to offer all customers.
They offer senior discounts and items for men, women, children, home goods, makeup, jewelry and purses.

Love love this store.
