Fred Jr delivery in parts and messed up with Fred Deluxe
Fred Jr. deluxe ordered last wednesday and I received already on monday first 2 boxes. Why are all boxes not delivered at the same moment. Or at least inform the client that he didn't receive all of the delivery. Now I unpacked and started to build and had to discover that some parts were missing . On top of that, Box 1 was containing parts for Fred Jr deluxe, box 2 and 3 were containing parts for Fred Deluxe. I had to send back the whole delivery today. To my big surprise, there is no packinglist attached to the boxes, so I didn't know how to put the stuff back. This is all a bit of a logistical nightmare and I wonder when I will receive a "Punktlich" delivery of what I ordered.. I got a swift reply and support until n ow from the servicedesk I had to say and received immediately returnlabels.
