Found just the food I had been seeking for ages (allergy and dietary issues) which was despatched exceptionally quickly and the dog loves it. Very good company to deal with.

My frenchie has a lot of allergies and I have to be careful when trying to find a food for him . He has tried everything from home cooked , raw , insect protein but something always made him itch because they all had either sweet potatoes or potato in them . At last a food that isn’t kibble or has those ingredients . He loves it ! And it’s gentle on his stomach .

I have purchased multiple times from this company. And ordering is always easy.
The products are great, our dog has tried various dry food products and some of the wet food trays.
I did receive a multipack that had the wrong number of trays of each flavour and this was quickly resolved and replacements sent by their customer service.
The delivery service is usually very good but I have had one instance when it got delayed by a week.

I had a issue which i contacted Burns and they reordered me a bag and sent it straight away. I was very grateful and very happy how they addressed the sitution. The lady i spoke to was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble and i got a refund. Excellent customer service.

Since moving to Scotland 2 years ago, we've transferred our 2 Labradors over to Burns and must admit they really love it.
Their coats are great, not put on weight and they are full of the normal healthy happy Labrador
The support people at Burns are a real create to the organisation and when I've had a query, they have been exceptionally positive, taking my observation seriously and resolving the query

The perfect delivery of a perfect product

Extremely helpful advice and service pre buying first pack. Our 11 year old labradoodle loves the wet food, he has settled really well on it giving he has to have a low fat diet due to having pancreatitis. Ordering easy and swift delivery.
