The epitome of rip off Ireland

The epitome of rip off Ireland, another Irish company that squeezes every last cent from their clients.

Had been a client for years, why stay with them for years if they are bad? Let me explain, after getting to know my neighbours and speaking with them over the years I became aware of how much these thieves make and how little clients got in return.

The handymen are an absolute joke (everything they do is held together with glue and sellotape) and the kicker is they have to be the clowns to do the work or the son of the park owners has a hissy fit and a bit of a cry.

Waste water issues have never been solved over the years mean you cannot flush the toilet for fear of the water spilling out onto the floor and they blame the council, anyone with half a brain designs a sewage system to gradually bleed into the mains (not the councils responsibility).

They make changes to the park and send communication stating its investment into the park (the statement is misleading as it's really investment for them to make more money, not for the clients benefit).

Have just learned they have closed tennis courts during open season to make changes so they can make even more money!!!!

License fees that are getting very close to 4000 per annum!!!
They basically profit from a beach they don't own.
No electricity usage document just a bill at the end of the year saying you owe us this amount.
They add excessive amounts to rubbish second hand mobile homes they bring onto the site.
They do not allow community groups/residence associations (stipulation of the contract, WHAT! they can stop free speech as well) kinda reminds me of companies in the past refusing an employees right to join a union.

Could go on and on but bottom line is DONT get caught in the trap, stay away from this crowd of thieves.
