Two items purchased and only one sent, now being ignored by the seller.

I purchased two items on the 4th of November and paid £6.95 for delivery (2-4 days), no update for a couple days, I had to chase when it will dispatch. I received an email on the 7th of November that it will dispatch today, it didn’t, dispatched on the 8th of November. Arrived the 12th of November, 8 days after purchase and they have decided not to send one of the items ordered. I have emailed three times since and I am now being ignored, shameful service and happy to take your money and not send the items. I will be proceeding through small claims court if no response is continued.

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience from start to finish. Ordered a conductivity probe, heard nothing for two weeks. Tried contacting and eventually got a response to say they never had it in stock to start with. Agreed to refund but nothing recieved. Contacted and was told it would show it a few days, nothing. Rang the store who said they had just refunded and would show in a few days. Over a week later, I have finally got the refund, minus the postage cost. Honestly given up now and can’t be bothered chasing them for the £6 ish. Would definitely not recommend after my experience.

NEVER AGAIN..... AVOID

I have tried giving this company a number of chances, but after six orders and only two not being an issue, I will not be giving them any more chances. It clearly States in their website that if they do not have an item in stock, they WILL contact you within 8 hours to let you know if the expected delivery date (have a screenshot of this). This couldn't be further from the truth, they do nothing of the sort. Then when you do contact them, they are slow to reply and the communication is terrible. I do not think the issue lies directly with the owner, but those who work for him, esp family. If the owner deals with your owner, appears you will be looked after, Anyone else then forget it. This is often the case when employing family who do not share your passion. As a result can NOT recommend Burscough Aquatics.

Avoid!

I placed an order on 25th of April, supposed to be 48 hour delivery. It's now May 6th. I've emailed the company twice with no response
