I did not receive my delivery
I did not receive my delivery. Customer service advised to lodge an inquiry with Aus post. Aus post says it has been delivered.
I need my medication asap but instead of refunding me so I can get my meds elsewhere I must wait days on end for Aus post to do an investigation, which they have already stated they won’t be doing.
So because Aus post are incompetent and burst health do not request signatures upon delivery I lose both my money and medication. The right thing to do is keep your customer happy so they return back but no they would prefer an unhappy and unmedicated patient. Good job I will make sure I tell anyone I know not to use this business
