We have just hired a bouncy castle and soft play package for a third birthday party and were so impressed with the service! All communication with Orron was timely, professional and helpful. I knew exactly what to expect before the party and what was needed from me. Tom and Henry arranged the set up on the day and were brilliant - super efficient, and lovely to deal with. Professional but really friendly!
The equipment itself looked great and had been well kept and well cleaned.
Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

What a pleasure to deal with this company, professional,punctual and Tom & Harry who delivered the castle absolute gents. Castle/slide was perfect size and our Granddaughters absolutely had such a good time,they will sleep well tonight !! Thank you all, 100% recommend

Orron provided such a fantastic service and really made my son's day with the soft play items. The kids had so much fun on them and they were the perfect size for the age group. They were clean and in a great condition and Orron delivered it and set it all up for us, we didn't have to do anything.

Everything about our Bury Soft Play experience was amazing. If I could grant a higher star rating, I would!

From the moment I enquired about their services, I was looked after, all questions answered promptly and we knew we were in good hands.

We booked in months before the actual event and never felt out of touch, and had everything organised ready for the big day through email correspondence.

When it came to the day I had no stress about the arrival and set up Orron set everything up and walked me through everything he was on time and was in and out in a flash! Pick up was also on time and quick.

The soft play area itself was absolutely worth every penny spent, Orron personalised and catered to the amount and age of children we had in attendance and we were so pleased with the result. The children went absolutely mad for it and didn't want to leave the party!

100% going to use Bury Soft Play's services again for future events and would recommend to anyone hosting a party with 5-10 Plus children, it gave them something to do and parents could relax a little!

Excellent company; we couldn't have been happier with the service. They were very helpful getting the information we needed to hire the soft play and large inflatable in the village hall. The adventure inflatable was so much for the children aged 2-5. We would definitely use them again.

Excellent right from the start, i booked well in advance, communication was brilliant, they catered for exactly what i needed, on the day they turned up in good time and set it out lovely. The age range of children all loved what was provided, even the adults had a great time (i was sore the next day too haha). When it came to cleaning it all away Orron was lovely and let the children play with the equipment right till he had packed everything else away. Overall a great experience and we will be using him again and recommending him for sure.

I took Orrons advice on which equipment would work best for our party with the different age ranges I had attending. And he was spot on, all the kids were entertained and had a great time!

Everything was set up so safely and looked so inviting for the children. The equipment was in great condition and was amazing they especially enjoyed the ball pool and ride on toys. I had left booking a little late but the fantastic customer care made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. I was very impressed as were all my guests, both adults and children. We had one of the larger soft play packages and there was plenty of space for all of the children to play. I would definitely recommend and use again.

We hired a mega soft play package with wiggle cars and a bouncy castle as extras for our daughters 1st birthday party. I cannot recommend this company enough! Orron was extremely prompt following my initial request for a quote. His advice in terms of catering for our specific requirements was so helpful in deciding what package would be best, and I was so impressed that Orron, not having been to our chosen venue recently, took the time to assess the space prior to the party. The equipment was impeccably clean and as good as new. The set up and take down was so smooth and quick, which made everything run efficiently on the day. From start to finish, contact was professional, friendly and completely hassle free with the cost of the hire extremely reasonable. I would happily and highly recommend Bury Soft play hire and will certainly be using the company again. Thank you!
