Really happy with the service Corporate Shuttle provided. Belinda and Brenn were responsive and helped with any questions I had. Mo, our driver, was courteous and professional. The shuttle itself was comfortable and clean. I would definitely work with them again for future transportation needs.

I went on a film commission locations tour recently and our drivers were fantastic and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. It was a great trip!

Everything was great, transport arrived on time and was very clean. Driver was nice a courteous to all riders, even went above and beyond when picking the group up for our return trip. An unexpected Kings Tide came in and flooded the streets so he pulled up in a way that everyone could board without getting wet. I will definitely use again on future events.

Harmony did a phenomenal job getting my group to our destination. She arrived at least 15 minutes early to pick us up from the hotel and told us where to meet her after the game. We had a mix of communication on the pickup location; however, she located my group after the ballgame and got us out of the chaos that apparently is normal for downtown Pittsburgh and returned us back to our hotel safely.

BusBank made the whole process easy from start to finish. Booking was quick, rates were affordable, and invoices were very simple to pay online. I appreciated how the trip details were laid out clearly, it was easy to share with the rest of my team. The drivers showed up on time, were friendly, and were flexible when we needed a last-minute change. The only minor drawback was limited leg room, but everything else was great. I'd use them again and have already recommended them to other teams in our organization.

We needed shuttle service on standby for a daylong, 7 1/2 mile walk with up to 20 people. We knew not everyone was up to walking the entire route. We also needed food, coffee, and ice ferried to us at various stopping points. Steve was helpful and reassuring from our first conversation. He asked all the right questions that helped me figure out exactly what I needed -- size of vehicle as well as timing.
Our driver, John, was a prince -- calm, accommodating and flexible as our needs evolved throughout the day. Highly recommend!

Kayla D. has been an absolute pleasure to work with while coordinating bus transportation for our conference. Her communication is outstanding — quick responses, clear answers, and she made sure every detail was accounted for so we could plan with confidence. She is patient with our questions and proactive about making sure logistics (driver schedules, pickup/drop-off times, etc.) were nailed down well ahead of time. Highly recommend her and her team for anyone needing reliable, well-organized transportation service.

Tom Rickheim has been incredibly patient and flexible with our group. We are a large organization with a variety of complex travel needs, and Tom went above and beyond to make sure he caught every curveball we threw his way!

Blaine was very helpful with our trip. We required special liability insurance as we booked with an organization. He and his team were very accommodating to our requests.

Buyer beware!! We booked a Sprinter for 8 people to be transported from our hotel to 1 mile away for a private yacht cruise - architectural tour down the Chicago river. The charge was $495 - excessive but thought it was be ideal to keep our team together in a single vehicle. The driver never showed. Corporate Shuttle / BusBank provides an Active Trip Support Line (which i thought was a great idea in case issues arise) and we called but nobody answered. The driver's mobile went to voice mail and same with BusBanks' Active Trip Support Line. Our folks stood outside at the pick up point for 30 minutes in 90 degree heat and it was a complete no show. We ended up taking 2 black SUV Ubers and were a half hour late to the yacht. Should have done the Ubers to begin with.

The company refunded our $495 like it was some honorable thing to do. Zero inquiry into how we worked it out ourselves, zero offer for any compensation.

I booked a 2nd event for that evening (again, already prepaid as they require full payment in advance.) The bus for 20 left our hotel at 6pm for Wrigley Field was just fine. Before we departed, i requested to cancel the return that was scheduled for 9:30 back to the hotel - as some folks wanted to leave earlier and others wanted to stay later. They canceled the return but refused to refund even part of the fee. They said same day cancellations they don't reimburse - it's policy. I reminded them earlier in the day of the major debacle no-show and they said it doesn't matter they won't make an exception.

Buyer beware.

Philip at BusBank has been working with our organization for years. He is timely, knowledgeable, and reliable. Busbank offers quality services and connects us with trusted vendors. We will continue using Busbank for our transportation needs in the future.

Our experience with BusBank fell well short of expectations, particularly given the importance of timely and reliable transportation for our group.

Upon arriving at the airport, our group of 69 people, including infants and young children, waited approximately 30–35 minutes before locating our two buses. We were later told the drivers had already arrived, but they never came closer to the pick-up area to identify or locate our group. During that time, the drivers were difficult to reach and did not answer our phone calls. We also had difficulty reaching BusBank's trip support line and initially reached voicemail before receiving a return call about five minutes later.

One of the drivers did not assist with loading luggage onto the bus upon pickup at the airport. We specifically requested that he not be assigned to our return trip the next week, and our contact at BusBank confirmed that he put in that request. Despite that request, the same bus driver was assigned to our return transportation anyway (even though we were sent two different drivers' names and numbers for the return trip- neither of which ended up being our drivers).

Communication surrounding our return trip was also disappointing. We were provided with the names of two drivers, but two different drivers arrived without any advance notice or explanation for the change. In addition, one of the buses arrived late for the scheduled pickup.

Finally, after parking at our pick-up point, one of the buses would not restart, resulting in another delay while the driver worked to resolve the issue.

While each of these issues may seem minor in isolation, together they reflected a lack of communication, coordination, and attention to customer service. We expected a smoother, more professional experience and were disappointed that several preventable problems occurred during both our arrival and departure.

Super Easy to work with and so professional. I would highly recommend. We'll be looking to use them again in the future.

BusBank was very attentive to our needs. The buses were immaculate and the drives were awesome as well.
