Don’t Subscribe

Purchased a 2 year almost a year ago at Ray Mears Weekend Event, have been going to the Bushcraft Show since the first, have met Dave the owner, have displayed at the show, but can’t get anything but excuses and the disinterest at the last show was very disappointing. My advice don’t subscribe as there is a history, look online, you will see.

Very poor

Purchased a 12 month subscription. Took the payment immediately but never updated the status of my order. It still says "processing". Sent emails but heard nothing back. Frustrating as this was a gift for someone.

Utterly terrible customer service

Took my money and delivered nothing

I took out a one-year subscription to Bushcraft magazine in early February 2023, they took my money immediately, and I received nothing. I sent several emails, phoned during their 'office hours' (no answer), left voicemails, and contacted them via Facebook. I received no reply to any of these messages, except for one saying they'd sort out the problem immediately - which they didn't. I ended up going to the Citizens Advice Bureau and eventually received an refund yesterday through making a claim with my bank. Either they are a scam or have the world's worst customer service. Avoid.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a year’s subscription to there magazine that included back issues. I purchased with my Christmas present money in December 2022. I have left voicemails, emails and also contacted them via Facebook and no response. I have not received any contact and no magazines received. They have just taken my money. How disappointing and I feel totally let down.

I purchased a 12 month magazine…

I purchased a 12 month magazine subscription for my husband's birthday in May.
Paid for it in April and received confirmation of such but have never actually had a magazine.
I have sent a number of emails and tried to contact them via Facebook messenger and bar one message in June saying they had my earlier message absolutely no contact.
Really, really poor, monies paid and no product supplied.
