Telephone communication was very pleasant with Lee. He listened and gave a timely slot to bring my vehicle in. All Staff very pleasant and seem to be very knowledgeable regarding the issue.

Bush team suggested an alternative, when I got there Saturday morning for fitting, turns out I needed a run flat. The manager made some calls, Boston had stock of one, despatched it to Bourne immediately, car was ready for 12.00. Being an Operations director myself, I love it when a team comes together to solve a problem and deliver on time. Well done Bush tyres and Bourne manager/team. Great work.
