Not the best experience…
Not the best experience i booked 2 front tyres and wheel alignment but apparently the wheel alignment personal wasn't working that day so I had to rebook, I went back on the next appointment to be told my wheel alignment was finished and I got 50 yards out of the car park to find the steering was pulling so had to the left I could hardly keep my car in a straight line. I turned straight back into the workshop to be told the wishbone was an issue and caused the tracking to be off. I know this was complete nonsense because the wishbone was a brand new Delphi product that is OEM quality. I never went back and paid another garage for a quality service.
I will never to to Bush Tyres in Goole again.

We’re sorry to hear the experience didn’t meet expectations. After reviewing the details, our team identified movement in the offside wishbone during your alignment — a fault that would affect the steering and tracking. This was shown and explained at the time, with advice to replace the part and return so we could re-check the alignment free of charge. We’re sorry if this wasn’t clearly understood on the day, but we’d never want a customer to leave unhappy and would have gladly reviewed or refunded the work if contacted.
Very fast
Very fast even though the guys had to order my tyre in. Showed me other things to keep and eye on but no pressuring me to fix it there and then.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! I unfortunately blew out my tyre in a small incident and was a 10 minute walk away from the workshop. I have used Bush Tyres before and have always had great experiences.
I went in as a walk in panicking about the situation - they settled me and assured me they could help. They took their van to my vehicle and performed checks on site and advised the vehicle is safe to crawl to the workshop. They stayed behind me on the road with the vans lights on as a warning.
Within 20 minutes of walking in the door distressed, I had a brand new tyre fitted at a cost cheaper than I could’ve imagined.
I would recommend 100%

Came in due to car steering wobbling side to side, no wait the guys looked and told me needed tyres agreed on price to fit my budget and got cracked on replacing them.

Dan at bush tyres was really helpful
Dan at bush tyres was really helpful, honest and informative. He managed to squeeze me in last minute on a friday too which was great as id just found it had a puncture.
Unfortunately I couldn't have my tyre repaired but Dan made sure to show me where on the tyre and why.
He quickly sorted me out with a new tyre and had back on the road in no time.
I WILL be coming back to bush tyres.
Informative, friendly, fairly priced and efficient, everything you want when looking after your vehicle!
