So now I receive documentation from Business Class Air via Amex supposedly stating that they have fulfilled my order. This is simply not true. I bought BUSINESS CLASS seats on Singapore airlines and they delivered PREMIUM ECONOMY on Cathay Pacific. They state that “after a thorough investigation it was established that the original booking was cancelled due to payment related issues” when the truth is that they were cancelled because they were using third party miles in breach of the airlines terms and conditions. This is not the first time this has happened if your scroll through other reviews.

In my experience, the agent I worked with for almost two years, was very responsive to my requests for Options. However, when it came to exchanging Vouchers (resulting from cancelled or changed itineraries) he was NOT very responsive! SO BEWARE......AGENT - Joseph Walker🤨🤨

This has happen four times already. I get a quote on the site, when they call it is always 2 times higher. I think this company is a joke. I am using the date of the latest quote.

They were responsive. They asked appropriate questions. They offered a proposed itinerary and followed through by booking it accurately.
I booked through them and dealt with Mark. Mark was very helpful. He responded to our requests and found us flights that were just perfect and the price was good. Then recently Delta changed one of my flights and I would only have 40 minutes from landing on one plane and taking off on an international flight. I called him and asked if that flight could be moved so that I would arrive earlier. He promptly worked on it, got the flight changed. I will book through them again.

I was most impressed with his friendly and professional demeanor as he helped me plan and book my trip. Its the first time I've flown Business Class and first time I've booked with a 3rd party agency. I highly recommend Eli at Business Class.
The company checked with us as we traveled if there were delay notices etc to make sure we were good.
Pam was very responsive to my requests and speedy wiith her replies. She also spotted a typo I had overlooked in the booking. Excellent service all round.
Purchased a ticket and my flight got canceled due to a mechanical failure when I was already in the plane. I got no support from Business-Class for getting a new flight and was basically left alone. At the peak of European summer, a last minute ticket costed me $5,000. The company took no responsibility.
You can't contact the airline directly because only Business-Class can talk to them regarding your trip. You have no resource and their TOS exempts them of any responsibility.
It took 6 months and involvement of my lawyer to at least get the original ticket refunded - a meager $1,500 on top of a $5,000 loss.
Absolute terrible experience.

Contacted Business Class and my rep was Scott Morrell he listened to my needs and we had been going back and forth for almost 2 weeks. Not only did he delivered but he answered calls from home and at wee hours when no one usually does. I've got my confirmed reservation WITH CONFIRMED Seats at about the price of a Premium Economy. Kudos. You're earned a long time customer.
So far so good! Booking was seamless with Agent Mason Hunter with attention to detail and follow up contact. With the Business Class.com booking fee charged, however, it was a surprise to be asked for an on-line monetary tip as well when being helped through the booking process.
Unfortunately the bureaucracy meant we missed the tickets prices as we had fixed with them. We had to keep waiting for a small amount of money to come off our credit card which never showed. It was only after four days I suggested a different method of identifying myself in two minutes and we lost two thousand dollars on the price as a result (. For two people) I hope all goes smoothly bow
To clarify further. The flights that were the same price had a long layover rather than the one we had chosen. The long layover ones had been two thousand cheaper always

RIP OFF. This is how these gangsters roll.
1. They offer you the best flight on the market in my case first class ANA. You then book it through the site ''as you would'' and ''BINGO'' they have your cards details.
2. Within a day you get a call saying that that particular flight is now unavailable ''Excuse, take your pick'' and they offer you another option on dates they know you can not travel saying dont worry we have not taken any payment yet! Hmmm.
3. Finally they offered me a business class ticket on Air India ''ha ha ha'' saying it is the only option on the dates i can travel.
4. The day before you are leaving they say ''The airlines is not allowing to do check in online because of the documents verification. Please do check in at the airport it self'' Hmmmm Strange!
5. You try to check in and BOOM sorry business is full can i offer you Economy. ''OMG''
6. I had to endure a 16 hour flight to India, ''a place i never wanted to transit in the first place'' in cattle class sat next to a new born baby and surrounded by toddlers.
I am trying to get compensation and all i am told is i have passed it onto my manager!! Do not touch these scam bags you will get ripped off. All i can do now is try my bank to see if i can charge it back. However looking at other reviews it seems they are using a loop hole via dirty tricks so lets see.

***FRAUD - Do not use them! Flights were suspended to Indonesia because they sold me a ticket to fly on Singapore Air and then used corporate points to purchase the tickets. This was in direct violation of Singapore Air’s terms and conditions. Additionally they phoned the airline to confirm the tickets and fraudulently identified them as me which triggered the suspension of the ticket. The only option offered by them that night was to pay an additional $500 and to be downgraded to economy class from business class.

I purchased two business class tickets from BusinessClassAir. After the transaction was completed, I was advised by the sales person that the tickets were obtained by them using corporate points. The sales person told that any changes to the tickets must be made through them and told me not to contact the airline. I checked the airlines website an NO TICKETS could be located. I contacted BusinessClassAir via email. I heard nothing back. Call their Customer service twice and was connected to a supervisor in Sales. I was informed that the Airline had cancelled the Points tickets! However, I had not been informed by BusinessClass Air. I was told that it would cost me $300 additional for each ticket to get seats on the flight that I had already purchased. They offered a one stop flight rather than direct with a refund of the price difference. But they would not honor the quote they had given me nor the one that I had paid. BEWARE!
