Did the 25 minute survey for nothing
Did the 25 minute survey then just get a "whoops" error when trying to sign up at the end to get the gift card. Dishonest survey, straight lies. Shame on them.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I had the exact same experience as Glenn who posted on March 9th. The survey was supposed to take 15-20 minutes and took me 35 minutes to complete. Then, had to create a profile to receive gift card. Finally, I tried to redeem the gift card and I received an email that they couldn't verify my profile and identity. Asked for more personal information - see below......
What legitimate company would expect someone online to provide all of this personal information with all of the scams and identity theft going around? It's ridiculous and I wouldn't waste my time with this sketchy company.

Got an email to complete a survey, with a 25$ reward, and took the time to thoughtfully complete it. Was directed to make an account. Would have been nice to know that before, but went ahead. Tried to redeem my reward and was told I needed to reach out to their support team. So I did. Received this: Thank you for contacting us. Our team is unable to verify your profile and identity. For your protection and ours, we have placed your account on hold. If you believe this analysis is in error, please provide one (1) of the following for verification that you are the user associated with this account and email it to ,,,

Scam. You fill out the survey and then they flake out on paying you. Shut it down.
They do that whole scam where they collect all the information from you for free in the guise of a "pre-survey". The Pre survey IS the survey. This way they don't need to make good on promises to pay people.
I received a direct email to my work email prompting me to complete a survey for a $25 Amazon gift card. Upon completion, I was provided a link to an Amazon gift card and given an invalid redemption code. Scam.
They revoke your rewards without any notification or explanation. So, you log in to the site and suddenly you see your balance rewards as a negative number!!! This is all after spending so much time filling out the surveys that are supposedly sent to you based on your profile. They get all the data, add the money to your account as your reward and a week later they revoke it. No email, no notification, no reason given. Very shady company.
I have enough to redeem for an award but when I click it the page has an error. Tried it on pc and mobile and it’s the same results.
After completing the long survey and signing up for an account on their website, I earned enough points to redeem a gift card. However, upon attempting to redeem, an error message propped up and I'd need to contact customer support to collect the gift card. After I contacted customer support, they requested I'd need to email them my driver's license, official tax document, paystub, or first class mall, and include a selfie with such document.
This is just an elaborate way to get your personal data, and they'd never pay you out. Don't do it.
I received an email invite to do a survey within my industry. It was a hassle trying to get payment. And at the end of the survey there was a long intake form where they harvested your personal data to create your membership mandatory to receive payment. So if you want the comp go for it, at least in my case, it took a long time to toil through it.
