Absolutely worst company EVER. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY! We had to cancel our travel during the pandemic, this tin pot company told us that they were going to refund our money, that was almost 12 months ago. Air Canada confirmed they had refunded the money to Business Flights, in June 2021, and now the business owner refuses to give us our refund that is due. Over 2000 gbp. Do not trust this company, the positive reviews are probably all false. So unprofessional its amazing how they can get away with this. We are now going to sue them for our money and have to go down that long journey.

Alveen is rude and do not have any sense of customer service.
They keep you hanging without any information or support after you contact them for any flight
He is even abusive at time of you tell him what wrong he is doing

I booked a Thomas Cook premium flight from London to Capetown 2 days ago with this company. I paid nearly £1800 which was cheaper than BA. I checked the Thomas Cook site a few hours later and discovered I could get the same flight for £1029. When I complained to the company they said that this happens all the time, I would not be able to book at this price. This was not true. I went through the booking procedure online and on the phone up to payment, obviously I did not want to pay for another flight. In my experience, rather than 50% off as advertised, you will pay nearly double.
