Misleading process and poor communication
Engaged through a sponsored ad. Was initially told I was approved and in a strong spot, but the funding process took longer than advertised and the product ended up being different than I expected.
Since then, I've received automated "let us audit your options" outreach from multiple reps. Every time I actually engage and send statements, I go a couple of days with no response before getting a generic "no approvals" reply. The pattern has repeated across multiple resubmissions.
As a small business owner managing cash flow, the experience cost me time. Would not work with them again.

BusinessLoans LLC will not stop calling me or texting me even after multiple calls to them asking them to STOP! I have never requested a loan from them. And I don’t even own a business. They have been harassing me every single day for over a year! So my response is to start writing reviews on them.
