Registration of our Business Name and ABN Number

What did you do....???
I had to ring you guys to tell you my ABN had been reinstated to which you then sent me a email telling me what i had just told you.
I then rang ASIC to ask them how the progress was with my new buisness name.....for them to only inform that they havnt been informed to attatch my ABN to the buisness name and that someone needed to contact them inorder for that to happen.

Alot of things not told upfront and waste of time filling in information on application.
Originally I was not told of the delay that may happen waiting for the business name to be confirmed. The e-mail address that I left for messages and news of the status of the application to be notified was not used.
