I understand that working with the IRS is complex and often beyond your control. However, when a service is presented as support for navigating such bureaucratic processes, the client expects not only persistence, but also clarity, transparency, and accountability throughout.

My concern is not about the delays themselves, but about how they were managed. If clear terms, risks, and timelines had been presented from the beginning, I would have been able to make a more informed decision. Unfortunately, that clarity was missing, which led to disappointment.
