Ryan, who was my processing agent assisted me from start to finish and was very supportive throughout the process. He always updated me on the progress and Length of time on each step of the process.

I purchased a consultancy service for a TCP license and they assigned a customer representative. Since the first day we started the license process, the customer representative who looked after my file has been acting irresponsibly. The emails I sent to the representative have not been answered even though it has been 72 hours. I have connected to live support through their website many times and expressed my problems. They apologized and said they will make improvements so that such things do not happen in the future. But nothing has been fixed. I still have not received a response to my last email that I sent even though it has been 72 hours. I connected to live support again today and said that the next three days are holidays and I need to get answers to my questions today. They said the customer representative will get back to me during the day but he did not. I created support tickets through their website again and these tickets have not been answered either. I have been psychologically worn out during this process. I am suffering financial losses every day due to the file transactions not being done on time and the necessary checks not being done on the promised dates. Since the beginning of this process, I have felt like there is no one interested in this business. I regret purchasing this service and I do not recommend it to anyone.

I was charged additional fees and faced difficulties in obtaining a refund. Customer support was unresponsive, and my attempts to resolve the matter were unsuccessful. This experience has left me wary of their services.

This company lied multiple times about my filing fees to the state of Virginia and then when called out on the lie, they doubled down and tried to use semantics and manipulation. They said I owed a registration filing fee and they’d file it for a fee so go ahead and pay them. I contacted the SCC in VA and was told by someone on the phone that I paid twice in 2024 so no need for 2025. As I relayed that info to BR, they said they “contacted the Secretary of State and you do actually owe so go ahead and pay us the fee to register. SOS said you owe for 2025”. This is a lie because Virginia doesn’t have an SOS. The only authority on filings for business is the SCC. When I said this to the person at BR, he only doubled down and then tried to start using semantics to manipulate. I will not be using them ever again. I had to email them a final time

Your attempt to reframe terminology like “renewal” vs. “annual report” as client education is disingenuous when it’s paired with misinformation. I am capable of understanding proper business terminology and state-specific processes—I do not need inaccurate simplifications that distort actual requirements.

I verified everything directly with the Virginia SCC, who confirmed that my $100 payment in 2024 covered both 2024 and 2025 fees. The error lies with BusinessRocket, not with my understanding or the official state records.

Given the misleading information and lack of accountability, I reiterate my request to be removed from all correspondence and will not be using your services in the future.”
