This was our second time using Busrapido. The first time we booked a transport for about 100 people to the company site and were pleased with it. Making the reservations was very easy. The buses were very clean and the drivers were both friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly as expected and beyond. We wanted to use it a second time this month but then had to cancel because of coronavirus. They gave us a refund and have been very accomodating, even if we cancelled last minute

We had to cancel our booking for this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. We could only rebook for next year. Our account manager at Busrapido, Gabriele, not only has rebooked us for 2021, but has been very accomodating and has not increased their price for us. In this day and age, I find that very commendable. Looking forward to our trip next year

The most competitive coach hire in London! Busrapido was the cheapest of several quotes we received. The driver arrived in very good time, he had great local knowledge and avoided rush hour snarl-ups. The bus was clean, modern and comfortable. I needed a mini-van for 16 people from London to Windsor and wanted to give my clients a more personal / sociable experience than booking separate cars. Not only Busrapido proved perfect for the social setting - it was also cheaper than any other solution we could find out there! Highly recommend. The founder even came to personally say hi to us before departing :)

We spent 3 days in Oxfordshire travelling between villages. The service was excellent! The team and driver were all kind and available for meeting our needs. They did a great job and made sure we were happy with all the work before they left. I will definitely recommend Busrapido to everyone.

Used Busrapido with a group of colleagues for a long-weekend retreat. Efficient service from the start. The bus arrived clean, on-time, and the driver was really friendly. Will work with them again.

Came across Busrapido looking for a way to get to a restaurant in West London for our monthly department dinner. I booked one of the 16 seater minibus they had on their website. Overall, very satisfied with the service, but especially with our driver Allan. He got us to our destination on time despite driving in the middle of rush hour. On the way home it started pouring rain and he was nice enough to make a detour so that some of us didn't have to walk so far home. This is what I call service!

We planned a trip to Brighton during a July heatwave but were worried that the bus might not have had air conditioning. I called the office and the gentleman who answered the phone assured me that he would send a bus with AC. We weren't let down! Arrived cool and rested. It's the little things that make the difference!

I have used Busrapido twice now - good price, good communication and good transport (although would always opt for the executive option). Glad I found someone who I can rely on for all our dance school trips.

We used Busrapido to move us from Manchester airport to Derby and later on to get us to Birmingham. They were on time, provided us with a friendly driver, and their buses were clean, equipped with AC, even toilets. I strongly recommend them. Their prices are pretty competitive as well.
