We encountered no issues with our booking. We had booked a pickup and drop-off from/to El Prat in Barcelona.
We received details of bus driver in advance - and were able to confirm details.
Therefore no issues encountered - hence 5 stars.
The bus company was on time for both our journeys, excellent service all round. Would highly recommend.

We had a company trip that needed to take people from Brussels-Antwerp-Brussels. I searched online and found BusRental24. Initially, I wasn't sure if they were legit because I had not worked with this company. However, they proved to be a very good and professional company with customer service agents who responded quickly. They gave me the bus driver's number 2 days before so I could confirm with him directly. The coach was big and clean and the driver knew exactly where to go. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a coach to take them around Belgium or anywhere else they operate. I would hire them again if the opportunity arises.
