Beställde frakt via Bussgods i Skövde…

Beställde frakt via Bussgods i Skövde för att transportera ett gods från Skövde till Stockholm. Det tog dom 2 veckor att leverera mitt paket. Det blev liggandes hos Bussgods i Skövde i en vecka utan att någon hörde av sig utan det var när jag inte kunde spåra mitt paket som de förklarade att paketet inte gått iväg. De förklarade att jag kunde göra en reklamation av fraktkostnaden MEN det stämde ju INTE ALLS. Det är ju bara om godset har försvunnit eller om det gått sönder. En massa mail fram och tillbaka i onödan till försäkringsbolag och kundtjänsten hos Bussgods. Det verkar ju inte veta själva vad som gäller. SÅ OPROFFSIGA!!!!!! Kommer ALDRIG att använda dom igen. OM jag kunde så skulle de inte ens få EN stjärna.
