Hi Laura,

We are so very sorry to hear that you have experienced some issues with your switches. I have been unable to locate any details for you on our database or any communication to notify us, so we could have addressed and resolved this for you immediately.

I have emailed you this morning and would very much appreciate, if you could kindly get back to me.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kindest regards
Melanie
