After over 3 years of straightforward…
After over 3 years of straightforward service they have added a monthly subscription charge. I am not interested and cannot get ahold of anyone to reverse or cancel the charge. I've tried for several days in a row now. the only response i get is that we are very busy and will get back to you. That's not fair. Will have it reversed next week with my CC if no answer. It was a great run but this is unacceptable.

Amazing customer service, and saved lot of money.
Definitely one of the best customer service (Alex) I've experienced in the last years. Great platform too! Got thousands of $ refunded by Canada Post for late deliveries. Buster Fetcher is an option to keep in mind for any e-commerce business owner.

I was approached on linked. The question made me realized that yes we were loosing a lot of money on shipping by not taking the time to make our claim. Seriously, who has time to do that? I was happy to find out that your company could take care of this on my behalf. I just wish that I learned about it when I first started my company. Thank you Tania!!! What a great concept! Who has time to investigate, rummage through old documents and then spend precious time contacting these suppliers to collect what is due. Refunds which we were not even aware of prior to knowing BusterFetcher, are deposited automatically to our account. It's like a bonus every month. Effortless!
