Great device and excellent support, but some quality control issues

Delivery to the UK was a bit slow, especially after paying extra for expedited shipping, but support refunded the shipping cost after I contacted them.

The first BUSY Bar arrived with some marks on the screen, but support were very helpful and arranged a replacement. Unfortunately, the second unit (which arrived much quicker) had scratches on the display. Once again, support were excellent (thanks ,Gleb!) and provided a full refund, while also allowing me to keep the device.

The BUSY Bar itself is a really nice device, and its openness means you can do pretty much anything with it. It's just a shame that both units arrived with cosmetic defects.

Support mentioned that the second unit came from an older faulty batch, so hopefully this is no longer an issue.

If BUSY can get their quality control sorted, I'd have no hesitation in recommending it.
