I purchased a vibrating plate from this company in May 2025. It has since stopped working (February 2026) and I have contacted them via their website busybodypro.co.uk and via the order email which is a hotmail address, however I am getting no reply. Their website says they have sold out of vibration plates, so presume they have taken my money and have no intention of replacing or refunding this item. Buyer beware.
